What is the duration of the contract?
fasthost offers monthly, quarterly, yearly ,biannually or triennially billing cycles for hosting service plans. If you would like to choose a long plan service payment, we will gladly offer you a price estimate.

What payment methods can I use?

Can I upgrade my plans?
Yes. To upgrade your service plan, please contact our customer service. You will receive an invoice stating the price difference on a pro-rata basis. Your billing cycle will remain the same. An invoice will be sent to your email prior to the changes.

Existing plans – $100/month x 12 = $1,200
After 6 months, upgrade to a new plan – $130/month
($130 – $100) x 6 = $180 -
